FAQ'S
Is it hard to set up?
Is it hard to set up?
Not at all. Plug the base into any USB power source, balance the sleigh above it, and it floats on its own in seconds. No tools, no assembly.
Does it make any noise?
Does it make any noise?
No — the levitation is completely silent, so it glows and floats without any humming or buzzing.
Does it need batteries?
Does it need batteries?
No batteries needed. It's USB powered, so you just keep it plugged in — no replacing or recharging.
What does it do?
What does it do?
The SantaSoar is a decorative display piece. It does not use true magnetic levitation. The "floating" effect shown in our photos and videos is created with a transparent support stand and visual presentation styling. The physical product you receive sits on its included stand and does not hover or move on its own. Actual appearance and function may differ from the marketing images and videos shown on this page.
How do I clean it?
How do I clean it?
Gently wipe the sleigh and base with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water or cleaning sprays, and unplug the base before cleaning.
About our product photos and videos
About our product photos and videos
Our product photos and videos are AI-enhanced for presentation purposes. The floating effect you see is created using a clear, near-invisible support stand that holds the sleigh in place, along with AI editing to refine the final look. The SantaSoar sleigh and reindeer design are shown accurately to scale. Minor variations in lighting, background, and color tone may occur between listing images and the product you receive.
